Linking to our pages is welcome, provided you do so fairly and lawfully, without suggesting any endorsement by us and without framing the site within another site.
The content of this website — text, graphics, logos, the scoring system, page designs and underlying software — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The directory itself is a database in which we own database rights under the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997; the systematic extraction or re-utilisation of all or a substantial part of its contents is prohibited. Individual listings remain the property of their submitters and are licensed to us for display.

GoBusiness Directory is an information service. Listings are created by businesses and their representatives; rankings reflect our published scoring rules, not our endorsement. We do not vet, recommend or guarantee any listed business, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of listing content or for any dealings you have with a listed business. The site contains links to third-party websites (including listed businesses' own sites); we have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them.
Some pages display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. Ad units are labelled "Advertisement" and are distinct from directory listings — ranking positions in the directory cannot be bought. Advertising cookies are only set with your consent; see our cookie policy and cookie preferences. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products and services they promote.
